Zaxby`s in Albany

Great food. Most every time. And by that I mean that sometimes the traditional wings are too crunchy.

Usually great but this time not so much found a rubberband in my fried house salad.

NO STRAWS!!!! NO CUP HOLDERS!!!! With that being said... ordered on line to pick up order. Order was not ready at requested time which would have been fine had the food been hot. It had been sitting around and was not hot. There was no seasoning on the fries and the garlic bread was so salty it was inedible.only giving two stars because the order was correct minus the straws and cup holders.

Fast, friendly service and freshly cooked food.

Service was great, food was fine, but there are no changing tables in the bathroom!

Messed order up. Asked 3 times to make sure celery was in bag. It was not.

Not good drive thru service. Asked 3X’s for celery in BOTH orders (2) of wings & Things! Ask at the window 2 x’s. Got home no celery in 1 box. No forks either. The last 3 times we have ordered here at Lee Co Zaxby something has been missing! To expensive to mess up on customers orders! Not going back for a long while!!!! Get 2 responsible people at drive Thru window!!

DO NOT go to this location and expect for them to get your order correct. Got the 2 meal pack and was given the tiniest chicken fingers they could’ve possible given me and they didn’t even give me all 8 that I was supposed to receive. They quite frankly suck at their minimum wage job.

I don’t understand why I can get Honey French dressing at other Zaxbys but not this one. Very disappointing! Why don’t you offer it here? I don’t like to come here anymore!

They were only working the drive thru. There was 7 cars ahead of us, and it was lunch time. But the line moved quickly. That's the way you take care of your customers. Good Job.

I have never seen the need to check my order at any Zaxby's restaurant. However for the first time I was shorted on my order. I ordered a 10 piece and only got 9. Not a huge deal, but at their prices it could get expensive. This will not stop me from visiting Zaxby's but I will check my order from now on.

I'm not understanding why the employees are allowed to drink while preparing customers orders. THAT'S DISGUSTING!!! I didn't see them wash their hands at all and cups are just everywhere ready for them to drink out of. This is not the 1st time I've seen this at this location. I don't think the health department would like that.

The food is always good but out the last five or six times in a row I've eaten here 'north Slappy' they have never gotten my order right! Either they put in the wrong salad , leave something off of it or box it up to go when I ask for dine in.

went through the drive through and had trouble understanding the worker inside. She would not let me adjust my order to leave off tomatoes and cucumbers off my salad and I ordered a zax snak with one additional chicken tender. (That does not come with a drink and she ask what kind of drink I wanted) I should have expected something then, anyway I told her no. The line was long and I got my food and went home. At home I found that I got a Zax meal instead of a Zax Snak and I had tomatoes and cucumbers on my salad. when I paid for my food the lady at the window wasn't very friendly. You would think in times like these having a job and a pay check instead of sitting at home would be an incentive to at least be courteous.

Grilled chicken sandwich meal was good, food was hot. Not dried out. Would go back.

I truly love them, but my last visit was horrible. They got my order wrong not once but twice. I just gave up and went home 🙄

I love the black and blue zalad...the grilled chicken is what I love the most paired with the light raspberry vinagarette ... Yummy

Service was very swift. Fries were very hot, in a good way. Oil for the chicken was very fresh, chicken didn't taste old or butt. Buns on my sliders weren't cold. Very impressed. Definitely a far different experience than the one where I live in Kingsland.

Went in Friday night around 8:30 - 8:45 great service and great food

Go to the Burger King across the street. Not worth the stop. My family went in and was told that they were out of fried chicken??? Ok so we understand and order grilled cheese and grilled chicken sandwich. Grilled cheese was inedible with the amount of salt on it and sandwich was not the way it had been ordered. Cashier missed one of the drinks we ordered. Paid for the 99 cent drink separately and the cashier could not figure the change from a dollar. Told him to keep it. RUN to any other restaurant!

Not a great experience zenzation salad was half made no coleslaw no dressing drive thru home before I knew it

Ordered a salad last night and the person at the window wasn't the nicest. The order was wrong. Called back and spoke with a person in charge (Shayla) and I was totally disappointed in the way I was spoken to and treated. Mind you I called the wrong store at first and a guy was in charge (Ed) and it was totally different. He was very apologetic and tried his best to correct the problem. Then we discovered I'd called the wrong location. Shayla however blamed me as if I made the wrong salad. Service like this will run away all your customers.

Excellent food. Friendly service. Parking is a pain though.

Usually good, got my order wrong so I got back in line. They fixed it, which I wanted 2 Cole slams. Got back to work one Cole slaw was nothing but cabbage, no sauce of any kind.

I just love this Zaxbys on N Slappey! The food is delicious and accurate and the service is just awesome!

This joint has some of the best chicken plates you can get. I love the kicken chicken sandwich.

Food is good. They should work on their online ordering tho. That’s the only downside.

I ordered 3 chedder cheese bites but the person taking the order range up 1😡

One crappy piece of lettuce and a slice of tomato next to the sandwich. Two stars because it was at least hot food.

Food was great but was not happy with the wait time. Pre-ordered on the app, was given a ready time of 16 mins. Got there 5 minutes early, called to let them know I was there and it seemed they'd just gotten my order. Waited an additional 15 minutes before my food was ready. Grand total time was 31 minutes from the time I placed my order on the app until the time I received the food in my car. If I was on my lunch break, I wouldn't have had time to even start my meal. Will not be going back for awhile.

Fast, friendly service. Knowledgeable cashiers, excellent selection, and good food. Best Zaxby's in Albany!

Love Zaxbys, but HATE the fried mushrooms are gone. My reason for a 3 star. It was my favorite item!!Update: 5 stars! Looks like I am taking a trip to Albany!

Good food and salty friesEdit: food was fresh and hot and drive thru was not a long wait. Great service with a smile.

My party of 3 (including myself) each ordered a zalad (a Zaxby's salad) and a drink. We didn't have to wait long- about 5 minutes. Our orders were correct to a T. The cashier and even some employees that were on break were very friendly; the cashier even came over and collected our plates once we were done. I'll definitely be back sometime soon!
